Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your AyahLight account and the data associated with it at any time. Follow the steps below and we will process your request.

Request deletion from this page

  1. Enter the email address associated with your AyahLight account.
  2. Optionally tell us why you are leaving — this is never required.
  3. Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, then submit the request.
  4. We record your request and confirm by email once your data has been removed.

Request deletion from the app

  1. Open AyahLight on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Account, then Delete account.
  4. Confirm the request when prompted.

What happens next

  • Your account, saved preferences, and any content linked to your account are removed. [CONFIRM: exact data categories deleted.]
  • We keep only the minimum records required to show the request was handled. [CONFIRM: retention period for deletion records.]
  • Deletion is permanent and your data cannot be restored afterwards.
