Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your AyahLight account and the data associated with it at any time. Follow the steps below and we will process your request.

Request deletion from this page

  1. Enter the email address associated with your AyahLight account.
  2. Optionally tell us why you are leaving — this is never required.
  3. Confirm that you understand deletion is permanent, then submit the request.
  4. We record your request and confirm by email once your data has been removed.

Request deletion from the app

  1. Open AyahLight on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Account, then Delete account.
  4. Confirm the request when prompted.

Delete selected journal entries or posts

This is different from deleting your entire account. You can remove individual private journal entries or your own community posts while keeping your AyahLight account.

  1. For a journal entry, open it in your Journal and use its delete option.
  2. For a community post, open your own post and use its delete option.

If you cannot use the app, email aislan@longevitylabs.tech with the subject “AyahLight selective data deletion.” Include your account email or UID and clearly identify the entries or posts to remove, such as their dates, titles, or post details. We may verify account ownership, but will never ask for your password. This request does not delete your entire account.

Up to 2000 characters.

What happens next

  • Deletion removes your Firebase identity, cloud profile, private journal entries, community posts, associated reports and usage records, and RevenueCat customer record.
  • Provider backups and records required for security or legal purposes may remain as described in the Privacy Policy; no fixed deletion deadline is promised.
  • Deletion is permanent and your data cannot be restored afterwards.
